Damage factory. Disillusioned with my bike.                        

     

2011

September - November, was something  anormal on the bike. Movement in the back wheel.

2012

January:  Rear set was reviewed in Costa Rica Trek (moto pazos), made ​​adjustments. They said it was normal.

September: could not go with the bike. He moved around (even more than what you see in the video). I could go down and get to the point that I jumped on the slopes changes, and discovered that the same game damage the rear rim bontrager and breaking a gear tooth.

The Trek Costa rica (moto pazos) told me that the warranty is in progress, you have to wait. they said  we made a very good fit that could be used again without problems.

2013

January: Change the rear rim (bontrager) to other, and it damage completely (mavic). I need help with the situation where I am, I felt in love with the bike. I lost the opportunity to many competitions, Thanks God a have another bike cannondale I have been able to do all competition with it.

February: They (Trek Costa rica (moto pazos)) told me that the damage Bontrager rear rim is now warranty problem with DT swiss distributor. But in the past they said they have all the part to repair. (wear)

February 11 Trek Costa Rica, they says I broke the seal on the frame and I do not under warranty, thank god I have pictures of the bike when I bought it and there that the seal intact. I thought these photos were going to use in case of theft. But I never thought that a serious company  broke the seal and said that I did.

It's coming this Sunday a date of competition and I can not use the bike. (always damaged)

I need to support me and I trusted the company. I have spent almost two years suffering.

2011

Setiembre – Noviembre, sentía algo no normal en la bicicleta.

2012  

Enero: Se revisó Juego trasero del marco y en moto pazos se realizó ajustes en la cola. Me dijeron que era normal.

Septiembre: ya no podía más con la bicicleta. Se movía todo (aún más que lo que se ve en el video). No podía bajar y llego el punto a que en las cuestas me brincaban los cambios, y descubrimos que el mismo juego daño la bocina del aro trasero bontrager quebrando un diente del engranaje.

La lleve a motos pazos y me dijeron que la garantía está en trámite, que hay que esperar. Me dijeron ya le hicimos un ajuste muy bueno que la podía usar nuevamente sin problemas.

2013

Enero: Cambie el aro trasero por otro, y ya me lo daño completamente. Necesito me ayuden con la situación en la que estoy, yo me enamore de la bicicleta. Perdí la oportunidad de hacer muchas competencias y gracias que tengo una cannondale las he podido hacer.

Febrero: Me dijeron que el daño del aro trasero Bontrager me lo tiene que ver el distribuidor DT swiss.

11 Febrero Trek Costa Rica, dice que yo rompi el sello del marco y no me hacen vigente la garantia, gracias a dios tengo fotos de la bicicleta cuando la compre y alli este el sello intacto. Pense que esas fotos las iba a usar en caso de robo. pero nunca pense que una compañia seria la que me rompiera el sello y dijera que yo lo hice.

Ya viene este domingo una fecha de competencia y no puedo usar la bicicleta. (siempre dañada)

Necesito me respalden así como yo confié en la compañía. Llevo casi 2 años sufriendo.
